As per our shopping policy, we make no warranty or representation that the information on our website is error-free, complete or current (recent). We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our site at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that contains any error or inaccuracy, including after submitting the application.

Sales areas
As per our shopping policy, Foto Express Egypt sells and delivers products exclusively within the Arab Republic of Egypt; selling to other countries is not permitted.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping is carried out to most of the governorates and regions of the Arab Republic of Egypt via company cars, except for places that we cannot reach and where shipping is carried out by a third party from one of the well-known shipping companies in the Egyptian market.
Estimated shipping time
The specified period for the arrival of the order to the customer depends on the completion of the internal order procedures, the location to be delivered to, and the delivery method specified for each order.
Shipping is not carried out from our warehouses on Fridays and official holidays in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
We will not be responsible in any way for the delay or non-delivery of the order for any factors beyond our control without limitation such as strikes, accidents, weather conditions

Return policy
Subject to the exclusions, time periods and requirements set out below, Foto Express Egypt store accepts returns of merchandise purchased at Foto Express Egypt store, within 14 days of delivery if such merchandise is either (i) defective or (ii) unused and unopened and Contains the original sealing tape

Return Requirements
In accordance with this Shopping Policy, to be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in the original packaging with all components supplied with the merchandise (including but not limited to batteries, chargers, cables, software, manuals, warranty cards and/or hang tags), and must include a copy of the purchase invoice Packing invoice. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded from the original order unless the item is defective, as determined by the Foto Express Egypt Store Service Center at its sole discretion.

Foto Express Egypt store will not accept any returns after the return period has expired. After the period has expired, please refer to any limited warranty that may be provided with the merchandise.
Any merchandise received without an original purchase invoice, or that does not comply with the requirements of this Shopping policy, are unauthorized returns and will be refused.
Product refund period
As per this shopping policy, Foto Express Egypt store will issue the refund to the original payment method for the returned merchandise correctly immediately.
For defective merchandise, please allow 1-2 days after return for inspection and verification by our service center.
